Class is back in session for Part 2 of our Rebel School of Wine gathering.
We’ll continue exploring Rebel School of Wine by Tyler Balliet, finishing the final sections of the book and putting a little of that knowledge to work in our glasses.
For this meeting we’ll cover:
• Wine Regions
• Practical Tips
Think of this as the fieldwork portion of the class — tasting, chatting, asking questions, and gaining a little more confidence about what you like and why.
If you joined us in August, welcome back. If you missed Part 1, you’re still very welcome to jump in.
Pre-order your copy in the shop or through the Faire La Nouba website by May 15. (You don't have to buy the book from FLN to join the club, but support local bookshops if you can. My favorite is The Painted Porch on Main in Bastrop.)
