Freewheelin' Bikes' Summer Adventure Day Camp includes daily bike rides, outdoor recreation activities, arts & crafts, bike safety instruction, field trips, guest presenters, bike mechanics basics, games, and more! Each week will have a theme that will correspond to respective activities, field trips, and bike mechanics activities.
Students are encouraged to bring their own bicycle and helmet for daily activities. Bikes can be stored (weekly) at Freewheelin' for registered students. Bikes are sent home every Friday. Fleet bike rental is available for a refundable $35 fee for students who need them.
Please note, students will not participate in Earn-A-Bike classes during summer camp. The Freewheelin' team will provide bicycle safety and basic bike mechanics training, however students will not earn a bike, helmet, bike lock, or light for their participation.
Summer Camp is based on weekly sessions. Registration is required for each week your student is interested in attending.
This camp is ideal for students who love outdoor adventures!
