You are invited to a beautiful summer beach cacao medicine ceremony
At Ostend beach ! Head right to the next ramp from Walcott seafront NR12ONN
Parking available along Walcott seafront
We will be a few groins down not quite as far as Ostend ! There will Be signs
We will connect to the calming and empowering frequency of mama ocean and mid/ low tide with drumming and voice alchemy ! Please bring a drum if you have one I have a few spare ones too
We will have a fire pit
Connect deeply with mama earth and the beautiful summer vibes with heart opening nourishing sacred plant medicine of ceremonial cacao , lovingly prepared with water and blessings , regulating and calming meditation, meditative movement such as t’ai chi, qigong somatic movement, creative dancing with poi ribbons ect and a beautiful sound meditation using chimes, bells, singing bowls and the gong ( depending on access to the beach ) maybe a dip in the sea afterwards if feeling called as the sun begins to set

Cacao is a heart opening healing gentle plant medicine please see preparations and aftercare below
Bring a blanket or chair to sit on
Swim ware if you’d like a little dip ( totally optional of course)
Preparation for the medicine and aftercare
Hydration is very important when partaking in ceremonial cacao please bring water
Some snacks if you’d like for after the ceremony

Avoid caffeine and other stimulants at least 4 hours beforehand
Avoid heavily processed foods at least 24 hours before
Ceremonial cacao contains very low doses of caffeine and theobromine , both gentle stimulants
Ceremonial cacao is best on an empty stomach 4hours prior to
Ceremonial cacao can bring feelings of euphoria and bliss, also emotional release healthy for healing for a few days afterwards! Gentle care , time in nature and allowing what needs to come through is advised
Aftercare will be advised and you’re experience supported with care and honour
Alternate teas will be available if you’d prefer not to have the cacao
