The City of Salisbury is proud to offer Summer at Newton, a free summer program for youth at the Newton Community Center.
This program gives kids and teens a place to enjoy recreation, creativity and connection all summer long.
Summer at Newton runs June 22 through August 20, 2026, Monday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 306 Newton Street.
Activities include arts and crafts, gaming, music and video recording, STEM activities, cooking, gaming and field trips throughout the summer.
A free lunch will be provided daily at 12:00 p.m. for children under 18 through a partnership with Wicomico County Public Schools Food and Nutrition Services.
Designed for youth ages 8–18. Youth under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
