🚶 TRAIL TALES
Take a self-guided hike starting at the west trailhead, where a story unfolds along the trail. This week’s featured tale is “When You Find the Right Rock” by Mary Lyn Ray—read as you wander and explore nature at your own pace.
🔧 TINKERS – Drop in during open hours for ever‑changing, hands‑on, self‑led activities.
📖 TALES – Enjoy our weekly story read aloud on Mondays at 2 PM by Door County Librarian Beth Lokken.
🎤 TALKS – A specialist brings each weekly theme to life on Thursdays at 2 PM. On July 30, uncover the rocky foundation of Door County with Brian Forrest of the Door County Land Trust in this engaging Geology 101 program focused on learning to recognize and understand rocks.
🌼 JOURNEYS WITH JOAN – Continue summer nature exploration with Naturalist Joan Wilkie, Tuesdays at 1 PM. On July 28, explore the Door County geology just below our feet with Rocks & Caves of Door County. Suitable for all ages.
There’s something new each week—come often and experience it all! Free and open to the public. Drop in—registration not required.
