The afternoon will include a gentle vinyasa yoga class followed by a long yin yoga and relaxation session using a variety of aromatherapy oils to help you relax and recharge.

During a long career as a professional dancer Fiona discovered yoga. Since then she has been a passionate advocate for yoga and the way it can help people both physically and mentally to live fuller, calmer lives. The power of the breath and the connection between the body and the mind is at the centre of her teaching as is her philosophy that everyone no matter their age, ability, mobility or fitness level can benefit from a yoga practice. The afternoon will include aromatherapy oils in line with the season as an added dimension to the retreat.
