Sumi-e is the ancient art of Japanese Ink Painting. These classes are for adults and teens.Suni-e is a window into another culture that offers a philosophically different, and often relaxing, approach to painting. Used for meditation by Taoist monks, it continues to grow increasingly popular throughout the world. This series is an introduction to the Four Gentlemen (aka The 4 Seasons) covering Bamboo, Chrysanthemums, Wild Orchids, ad Plum Blossoms. Learn the basic strokes and concepts using authentic brushes anf ink.

Cost $125 for the series. All materials provided for use during the class.
