ABOUT THE SHOW
In the 1980s, in the small town of Chinquapin, Louisiana, the hair and humor are always high at Truvy’s beauty salon. It’s a second home to her Saturday-morning regulars: Clairee, Ouiser, M’Lynn, and M’Lynn’s daughter, Shelby. Truvy’s new assistant, Annelle, becomes a part of the circle, and soon these six ladies have a bond stronger than Aqua Net. And when blushing bride Shelby needs them most, the women come together through seasons of abiding friendship, love, and support. Full of Southern sass and sweetness, this dramatic comedy is a beloved classic that’s never gone out of style.
