Our annual summit to discuss issues & solutions surrounding mental health challenges. The theme this year is “Hope has a Purpose.”
About this Event

Join us for our annual Suicide Awareness Summit at FSU Panama City in the St. Joe Lecture Hall inside the Holley Academic Building. This is a free, in-person-only event open to the community. We will discuss issues and solutions surrounding mental health and suicide. Evidence-based training will be provided to participants. Licensed mental health providers and nurses have the opportunity to earn Continuing Education (CE) credits (pending). Advance registration for the summit is required.

This summit will feature presentations from keynote speakers Jessica Felts, Corey Landry, and Rachelle Burns

Following the morning session, there will be an optional “CALM” training from 1:30-3 pm provided by Lauren Anzaldo, EdD, LCSW, CAP, with the Suicide Prevention Team of the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (VA). Separate advance registration is required for this training:
