Discover how to decorate beautiful sugar cookies with royal icing!
Learn how to achieve your desired consistency with icing as you practice several foundational decorating techniques, including bordering, flooding, piping and more. The cookies will already be baked prior to the class, but tips for baking cut-out cookies will be shared with you to continue making delicious cookies at home. All supplies and three cookies to decorate will be provided.
Registration closes four days before the start of class. Cancellations after the registration deadline cannot be refunded.
Participants must be age 12+ to take the class. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is also registered for and attending the class.
This two-hour class is scheduled Thursday, Dec. 5, 6-8 p.m. at the Pellissippi State Hardin Valley Campus. Parking on campus is free. Registration is $60.
