Subliminal Sound Healing

Subliminal Sound Healing combines the power of affirmations, sound baths, and guided meditation to help you relax, restore, and bloom from the inside out. Join Maren as she plays crystal bowls, metal bowls, chimes, and other instruments, guiding you into a deeply relaxed state where your mind feels open, calm, and ready to receive. In that settled space, gentle positive affirmations are woven through the sound bath; an invitation to soften old patterns and welcome a kinder relationship with yourself and the world around you.

You'll leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and more at home in your body.

What to bring:
A blanket to lie on, plus something warm for when the sun goes down. An open mind. Optional: an eye mask or cover, and a journal.
