This September offering will be held either at the Happy Om Yoga Studio or My Garden (Unthank Road) ~ weather permitting, as puja and havan (sacred fire ceremony). The location will be confirmed on the morning of the event.

Join me in this extended practice that blends the rich tapestry of Tantric Hatha and Bhakti Yoga, Sacred Mantras, and yoga philosophy. This offering invites you to delve into Tantra's profound power and sublime teachings.

With compassion and deep reverence, I share these mystical, soul-centred practices I’ve been initiated into and lived with for over a decade as part of my Sadhana (spiritual practice). These are not teachings to master (took me a while to realise that!) —but gateways to remember.
Together, we co-create a sacred space—safe, held, awake. Creating sacred space allows sacredness to enter and permeate. The promise of stillness—of Sadhana—is that the fire we tend through tapasya, dedication, and reverence, reminds us that the sacred was never separate. What begins as a ritual becomes recognition. What feels like effort becomes surrender.
This is the path from dual to non-dual—from seeking and longing to simply being.

We explore:
-Use of mantra in our sadhana (spiritual practice)
-Subtle body practices that shift perception and awaken presence
-Tools to support transformation and integration
-Insights into traditional Tantric teachings, made accessible and embodied
-A deeper sense of self-awareness, clarity, and connection
