Shiatsu, a Japanese therapy, uses touch to balance the body’s energy flow. It’s a path to greater health and relaxation, harmonizing mind, body and spirit.

This is your invitation to step into the world of Shiatsu at the Shiatsu College Norwich. Embody the art with our one or three-year practitioner courses. Plus, get a taste during our introductory weekends, or enjoy our drop-in Yoga and Qigong classes for added well-being.

This introductory Weekend forms the first weekend of our One-year Bodywork for Wellbeing Certificate and our Three-year Level 4 Diploma in Shiatsu.
It can also be taken as a stand-alone Introductory Weekend Course...come and see if Shiatsu is for you!
Saturday 10am-5:30pm and Sunday 10am-5pm.
