It’s time to create the space You need to Rest! Allow Sabrina from Sublime Yoga to guide you through a Sublime Seasonal Rest Retreat at the beautiful nature immersed Heartland Shala in the Aldinga Scrub, Fleurieu Peninsula.
A day of Somatic Movement, Yin & Restorative Yoga and a Nourishing Lunch under the glorious gum trees to connect to the seasons within and around us.
With deep respect and reverence for Mother Earth and her seasons & cycles, each one offering its own wisdom and invitation for Deep Rest. A trauma informed container for you to feel held & supported as your nervous system down regulates allowing you to feel calmer and more in touch with your inner essence of peace and clarity.
Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis. All props provided and lovingly setup before you arrive so you can drop in and relax the moment you step into this calming space. Intimate gatherings with ten spaces available per retreat!
