Stretch & Sip | Salt Yoga at Varney Vines

Looking for the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon? Join Salt Yoga for a special summer series, hosted at the picturesque Varney Wines.

This unique event begins with a 60-minute yoga and sound bath experience, carefully curated to unwind, release tension and bask in the beautiful surroundings.

You'll then have the opportunity to connect and socialise with fellow participants while enjoying a complimentary glass of Varney wine, perfectly paired with shared cheeseboards featuring regional produce.

A beautiful way to spend a summer afternoon – stretching, sipping, and soaking up the serene atmosphere with like-minded people.
