Our friends at Sound Healing Heaven are bringing a deeply relaxing studio sound bath experience to The George Hotel
Experience a vibrational sound journey in the beautiful Georgian surroundings of our Garrick Room. Crystal bowl tones fill the space beneath high ceilings and chandeliers, creating an atmosphere of calm, harmony, and peace.
Your session begins with a relaxing meditation, followed by soothing sound to help release tension and encourage deep relaxation. Please bring your own mat and blankets/cushions to lie on.

Please note our sound bath is not suitable during pregnancy, for those with epilepsy or a fitted pacemaker, and may also require additional guidance if you have metal plates, severe mental health issues, recent migraines, flu, ear problems, or use hearing aids (please contact Selina on 07704 078796 before booking).
Please arrive in:
Warm comfy clothing.
Bed socks a must!
Water to hydrate.
A yoga mat to lie on with a blanket and pillow.
Eye shades are good but not essential
