Studio Reset is your permission slip to slow down, exhale, and get everything out of your head.This is a cozy, come-as-you-are space to empty your brain, sort through the noise, and actually spend time on you. No pressure to share. No pressure to have it all figured out. Just space, support, and a little structure to help you feel lighter and clearer.
In January we'll be creating vision boards, bingo cards, setting intentions and planning. This is part cozy planning sesh, part girl therapy, part vision-boarding magic.
We’ll start together with a guided brain dump and automatic writing (so powerful for clearing mental clutter), then gently sort through what matters right now. After that, the rest of the time is yours- to journal, plan, list, dream, or just sit and think without interruption.
Each month will have a loose focus (life admin, mental load, transitions, resets, etc.), but the real magic is having uninterrupted time and someone there to help you untangle things if you want it.
If you’re craving a life reset, goal mapping, or even a little personal rebrand moment- that’s Christina's jam. She's always happy to spend time with you talking through what’s next, what’s stuck, and what you actually want.
