StrongHer Gold is a welcoming, supportive strength class designed especially for those aged 50+ who want to feel stronger, more confident and more capable in their everyday life — without pressure, intimidation or floor work.
This is not about pushing harder or keeping up.
It’s about moving well, feeling strong and enjoying the process.
What to expect
• Safe, effective strength training
• Use of hand weights and resistance bands
• No floor work
• Set to great music so it’s always enjoyable
• Finished with a short relaxation to leave you feeling calm and uplifted
Who it’s for
• If you want to build strength and stability
• If you want to feel more confident in your body
• If gyms or traditional fitness classes don’t appeal
