Tango x Pole Day Retreat Beginner + Intermediate | A full-day immersion in technique, pleasure, power, and play — led by us, for us. A day where tango meets pole in a way that’s grounded, accessible, and unapologetically yours. We’ll build technical skill (feet, posture, pivots, musicality, core connection) through tango solo + tango barre, then translate it onto the pole with options for every body and every level. Afternoon choreography is a guided exploration of connection with tango, pole, and self — without the patriarchy. No performing for anyone. No “good girl” rules. Just freedom to dance.
The Day Schedule
10:00 — Arrival + Welcome Breakfast Bar Fresh juices | fruit | yoghurt | coffee/tea Intention setting: what do you want to feel today?

12:05–12:55 — “Tango to Pole” Skills Lab (Beginner-friendly) We take the tango qualities and place them onto the pole: Axis & elegance: walking and turning around the pole Pivots & spirals: tango technique translated into pole turns Leg lines & adornos: embellishment options (simple → spicy) Floor-to-vertical pathways: safe transitions with choice Options always: low-impact, no-invert, no-spin needed. Heels optional.
