Stronger Together: A Health & Fitness Event for WomenJoin us for an empowering and educational event hosted by Grace and Grit Training, designed to strengthen the bond between mothers and daughters (or older and younger women) while providing invaluable insights into women’s health! Our goal is to normalize conversations about periods, hormones, and the changes that occur throughout our menstrual cycles, from beginning to end.
We'll also delve into topics such as fitness, eating disorders, the importance of strength training, self defense and the critical roles of nutrition, mindset, and stress management in maintaining lifelong strength and health.
