A lightly guided practice of meditation, movement, & conscious engagement. We come together to be more awake in the moment, whether in stillness or motion, in silence or with sound, in solitude, in duets, in community. This practice helps us hone our ability to hold mindfulness as life presents itself. Roughly quoting Thich Nhat Hanh from a lecture in 1988 on Mindfulness: ‘when driving just drive, when walking just walk, when doing the dishes be present to doing the dishes.’
