Strong Suits Taster Session

You know your job title. Do you know your Winning Hand?
StrongSuits uses playing cards and games to get teams talking about how they really work, not the tidy version on your CV, the actual one. It is fast, energising, and refreshingly free of jargon.
Jen (Think on Purpose) and Lucy (3Cs Consultancy) are running a taster morning in Congleton, and you are invited to bring five colleagues and find out what your table is really made of.
Here is what happens. You sit down, pick the five cards that describe what comes naturally to you (not what you are good at on paper, what is actually you), then talk it through as a table. Share your hand. Hear how the people around you see you show up. It is a bit like a corporate 360, just far more fun, and everyone leaves with their strengths out in the open rather than filed away in an appraisal document somewhere.
Here is the bit most people do not expect: those five cards do not stay on the table. Once you know what is genuinely yours, not the version you have learned to perform, you start noticing it everywhere. In how you lead a meeting. In how you make decisions at home. In the difference between a day that runs on strength and a day that runs on strain. This is not a one off team exercise. It is a lens you keep.

Info: Jen and Lucy will take you through one of many games that can be played with Strongsuits. Fifty two cards. Five that are actually you, not the ones that look good on a CV. Pick your hand, lay it on the table, then find out what the rest of your team already knew about you.
If you want a second option to choose between: "Everyone ends up with five cards. Nobody picks the same hand twice. And the most interesting bit isn't your five, it's what your table says back."
