📚 Introducing Beartown Tales - Congleton’s new writing group! 🐻
Do you love writing, storytelling and want to meet new people in your area?
We’re a relaxed, social writing community based right here in Congleton. Whether you’re an experienced writer, a total beginner, or someone who just enjoys a good story, you’re more than welcome to join us.
🖊️ What we do:
• Friendly monthly meet-ups at Orso Lounge
• A new writing theme each month
• Warm-ups, creative prompts, and plenty of inspiration
• Time to share ideas, ask questions, and enjoy the company of fellow storytellers + the occasional guest speaker and special events.
💛 It’s all about connection, creativity, and community - no pressure, no judgement.
Just a supportive space to write and chat - for everyone.
Membership is £15 per year, which helps cover guest speakers and materials. You can PAY AS YOU GO for £3 per meeting (pay on the day).
