About this Event
Nola Brantley Speaks x Providence Athletic Club
Join us for a powerful monthly community series focused on understanding trauma, strengthening emotional wellness, and building healthier connections. Hosted at Providence Athletic Club, this four-part series creates space for meaningful learning and open conversation in an environment centered on growth, resilience, and whole-person wellness.
Beginning in April and continuing on the second Friday of each month, this series explores how trauma influences our thoughts, relationships, behaviors, and overall well-being.
Our first session introduces the foundations of trauma—what it is, how it affects individuals and communities, and how it can shape the way we move through the world. Future sessions will explore the impact of trauma within families, intimate relationships, and gender dynamics.
Each event will include approximately 75 minutes of guided teaching followed by 45 minutes of facilitated community dialogue. Participants will leave with new insights, practical understanding, and the opportunity to connect with others in a supportive space.
Whether you are interested in personal growth, community healing, or learning more about trauma-informed living, this series offers an opportunity to reflect, connect, and grow together.
