Full Moon Sound Bath

Return under the night sky for Moon Medicine: Activate. This evening is designed to help you anchor what you're calling in, using sound healing and water as elemental allies.

Float beneath the stars or rest poolside as sound healer 3Lise guides you through a sonic journey of release, alignment, and inner power. Expect aromatics, breathwork, and gentle ceremony tuned to the vibration of manifestation.

🌌 This night is ideal for: ritual lovers, visionaries, grounded seekers, and anyone ready to embody their intentions.

💧 Two Ways to Experience:

• Float Session (6 guests): In-pool, weightless, cocooned in sound
• Earth Session (6 guests): Poolside on yoga mats, grounded in stillness

🕯️ Schedule:

• 6:30–7:00 PM — Arrival, tea, Plant Culture bites, intention activation
• 7:00–8:00 PM — Sound bath + float/earth session
• 8:00–8:30 PM — Reflect, meditate, and anchor your vision

🧘🏾‍♀️🌿 Each guest will receive a soul-nourishing vegan bite created by Plant Culture, curated to match the energy of the evening.

• This experience is for ages 18+ only
• Pool Floating Sound baths are not recommended during pregnancy
• Please bring socks or an extra blanket if you'd like
• Photography will take place with love + consent
