Help your child build confidence, stay active, and develop healthy habits through movement, strength-building activities, outdoor games, teamwork, and simple mindfulness tools.
A unique feature of this camp is our hands-on teaching kitchen, where kids will help prepare a simple healthy snack while learning how food fuels their bodies.
Ages: 8–12
Time: 1:00–4:00 PM
Cost: $125
Limited to 12 participants
Camp registration includes a camp t-shirt and a healthy snack each day.
Session 1: June 17–18, 2026
Session 2: July 15–16, 2026
What Kids Will Experience
Camp activities take place in Statera’s fitness space, wellness studio, teaching kitchen, and outdoor areas.
• Movement challenges and strength-building games
• Outdoor games and team activities
• Hands-on snack preparation in the teaching kitchen
• Simple nutrition discussions about fueling the body
• Teamwork and confidence-building challenges
• Mindfulness and breathing tools for relaxation and focus
Important Information
• What to Wear: Comfortable athletic clothing and athletic shoes suitable for indoor and outdoor activities.
• What to Bring: A water bottle.
• Food Sensitivities: Children will help prepare a healthy snack during camp. Please note any allergies during registration.
• Arrival & Pick-Up: Drop-off and pick-up will take place in the lower level of Statera.
