The Strong Beginnings Circle is a welcoming, supportive space designed for families navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and NICU experiences.
About this Event

Each Strong Beginnings Circle will feature:

  • NICU Parent Support Group
  • Maternal Mental Health Screenings
  • Access to a Doula for Guidance and Support
  • Community Resources and Referrals
  • Light Refreshments Served (In-Person Sessions)

Whether your baby is currently in the NICU, recently discharged, or you are navigating the postpartum journey, this space is designed to provide encouragement, connection, and access to support.

Families, caregivers, and support persons are welcome to attend.
