This class is all about building a strong and energetically supported center to help you feel more
stable and powerful in your body and your life. We’ll move through a targeted sequence of yoga
poses designed to awaken and strengthen your core, which includes not just your abs, but also
your lower back, pelvic floor, glutes, and inner thighs. The practice focuses on mindful,
controlled movements that not only build deep physical strength but also help you cultivate a
powerful, grounded energy from your very center. You’ll learn how to connect to this inner
source of stability, giving you a greater sense of confidence and support in everything you do.
Each session will last 1 hour to 1 hour 15min. All levels are welcome.
