Our 2nd Annual Strong and Calm-a-thon is going to be incredible. We supported more than 20 women last year with funds raised at this event. This year, we want to increase that number and support some local postnatal programming! We have big goals and we need you to come out and support!!Each participant will be able to sign up for one STRONG and one CALM class and will receive an EPIC swag bag.
We will be hosting at 1010 Lorne, and at our Valley East location PLUS some great partner locations to be added soon!
Spaces will be LIMITED!! Current capacity estimate is 125.
Get signed up! Class selection will open on February 22nd and it will be a frenzy to get your class selected. Make sure you are registered before then!!
