🍎 Stroller Barre + Fall Playgroup 🍂Join FIT4MOM North Indy at Coxhall Gardens on Monday, September 22 at 10:15 AM for a special fall-themed morning.
We’ll start with a Stroller Barre workout designed to lengthen, strengthen, and tone—perfect for all fitness levels. After class, stay and play with us for a fall-inspired playgroup featuring a read-aloud of “10 Apples Up On Top” and apple-themed activities for the little ones.
What to Bring:
A stroller and kiddo essentials
A yoga mat or towel for floor work
Water for you & snacks for your little(s)
