moonbeams™ and Cosmic Tarot in Partnership with HOKA Presents...STRIDE: Move. Breathe. Connect. A community gathering that combines the grounding power of walking, the restorative energy of sound healing, and the introspection of journaling. Hosted in partnership with HOKA, this experience invites participants to move, breathe, and reflect together — creating balance between body, mind, and spirit.

Our Mission: Cosmic Tarot x moonbeams™ programming includes monthly workshops to support our community, provide accessible resources that promote transformation & healing and offer an opportunity to bring together like-minded individuals wherever they may be on their spiritual wellness journey.

Workshop Details: Step into an intentional morning of movement, restoration, and reflection under the lingering, grounding influence of the Taurus Full Moon - an energy that reminds us to slow down, root into presence, and savor the simple pleasures of life. In this immersive gathering, we’ll begin with a mindful community walk to connect breath with stride, followed by a restorative soundbath to release tension and invite stillness. Through guided journaling, we’ll translate insights from both motion and rest into words on the page, creating space to honor where we are and where we’re ready to go. This event is designed to nurture both self and community. Together, we’ll reflect on the question: What does it look like to feel grounded, supported, and at home in our own bodies? You’ll leave with clarity, connection, a renewed sense of alignment and ready to carry the Taurus moon’s enduring energy into the next chapter.

Community Walk: A guided, intentional walk designed to embrace mindful movement and highlight walking as a form of moving meditation.

Soundbath + Guided Meditation: A restorative sound healing experience. Paired with guided meditation, the soundbath helps participants release tension, reset their nervous system, and embrace deep stillness.

Journaling Through Mindful Reflection: Guided prompts and quiet moments of contemplation will invite you to pause, check in with your body, and notice what feels grounded and abundant in your life as well as where deeper nourishment or stability is needed. These reflections will help you integrate the themes of embodiment, values, and sustainability that Taurus brings, offering insight into how you can cultivate security, pleasure, and presence in your daily life.

Raffle Prizes: Give back for a cause! Attendees who bring a canned food/pantry item are entered into a raffle for exclusive HOKA goodies, with one grand prize winner getting the chance to carry the spirit of the event into their own movement journey. For every 1 canned food/pantry item you bring, you'll receive 1 raffle ticket (Maximum 10).
