Soundbath

During the session you will be immersed in the vibrations of various healing instruments, including gong and crystal singing bowls. The vibrations and sounds promote deep relaxation, the release of stagnant energy, and healing. Through soothing, resonant sound, the body achieves deep relaxation and is affected on a cellular level, releasing stagnant energy, opening the flow of energy, and moving us back toward vibrational alignment with health. During the ceremony, Janae will place intuitively selected crystals on and around clients’ bodies’ to support and amplify healing during the soundbath.

At closing of the session, Janae will share any psychic visions or messages that come through her for the collective.
