Stride is a run with a difference because we can all make a difference. It’s not just about winning and being the fastest (though we will celebrate the winning team), but about working together, supporting each other, and cheering on your teammates. It’s about starting conversations and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide.
Gather your family, friends, or colleagues and stride with us against suicide. You can run in memory of a loved one who died by suicide, in support of someone living with thoughts of suicide, or dedicate your run to hope. All money raised will go towards our suicide prevention and bereavement support work across Cumbria.
It’s not compulsory to raise funds to take part, but every little helps! We’ve set up a JustGiving Fundraising Page to kick-start your fundraising efforts.

Join us for a special event in the beautiful landscaped grounds of Fell Foot. There will be music, refreshments, and activities for the whole family.
