Join us every Wednesday for Functional Fitness Fusion!
This class combines elements of stretching, slow flow gentle yoga and general fitness to get you and keep you moving at your best. We modify for all fitness levels and everyone is welcome. Whether you exercise regularly or haven't done anything in a while, this is a great group for you! We laugh and support each other regularly. Classes are $12 or a 4 pack for $40. Remember it's movement that gives us healthy joints, strong bones, physical strength, good circulation; including cardiovascular circulation, good coordination. We work on balance, stimulating bone growth and learn skills to keep us healthy and strong as we age. Everyone is welcome.
