Stretch your Imagination by the Hudson
About this Event
Artwork Out Sessionby the Hudson
Join us to try a drawing prompt inspired by Little Island's architecture.
Come warm up with us at Pier 57's Living Room space to find your inspiration. We will take in the view of Little Island's dramatic structure rising from the waters while enjoying the public space's colorful vibe. After learning about the park, we’ll settle in for a relaxed doodle session to reimagine Little Island with a bold drawing.
What to expect:
🗒️ A Little Island drawing template to help you generate ideas
👏🏽 A welcoming community of makers of all skill levels
🖍️ Limited art supplies like pens and markers
What to bring:
🌈 your imagination
🥪 snacks and refreshments
🧣 appropriate clothes for the weather
✏️ any art supplies you’d like to use
Stay afterward for a casual show‑and‑tell as we dive into our sketchbooks.
