Voces del Sur - pre Christmas celebration
About this Event
ZAMBOMBA ZUID – A Flamenco Christmas Community Celebration! 🎄💃
An afternoon of flamenco, music, dance, and Christmas spirit in Amsterdam Zuid!
Join us for a joyful and heartwarming celebration as Voces del Sur – Participatory Flamenco Choir opens its doors to the community for a special Christmas gathering!
After three wonderful months of singing, learning, and exploring flamenco together, our choir is ready to share the music we've been working on from September to November.
But this is not just a performance — it's an open musical celebration where everyone is invited to experience the magic of flamenco!
Through an informal, interactive open class, we will share our songs, rhythms, and traditions, accompanied by live flamenco guitars, percussion, and dance. Whether you're a flamenco lover, curious about Spanish music, or simply looking for a beautiful way to welcome the festive season, you're warmly invited!
And to make the celebration even sweeter, we'll be sharing traditional Spanish Christmas sweets, bringing a little taste of Andalusian holiday hospitality to Amsterdam Zuid!
