Enjoy flowing through a series of stretches and self-massage techniques to help release physical tension, while the vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls increase the flow of qi and reset the nervous system. Complete your experience with 45 minutes of pure relaxation by receiving Reiki and hands on adjustments, while the healing sounds of singing bowls wash over you.
