This transformative experience uses somatic breathing techniques in a guided breathwork session that includes a 9 dimensional sound experience. Located in the safe space of Inspiring Inner Growth Yoga Studio.
You will be laying down with headsets on, letting your body relax and opening your mind. As your breath connects with your body, the guided experience will begin with the purpose of the session adding in guided coaching, subliminal messages, bio-accoustic sound effects, isochronic brainwave tones and music tuned to 432 hz, taking you into your subconscious mind.
