Join us this fall and winter on Saturday mornings for intimate group Yoga classes with our professional instructors, located at the Inn's fitness center! All equipment is provided, and all fitness levels are welcome.Saturdays | 9am
$20 per person
Open to public and resort guests.
Youth 15+ are welcome with an adult.
Book your class online up until 10pm the night prior! Drop-in space may be available but is not guaranteed.
Description:
Enjoy a sequence of yoga postures and poses to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Simple flowing sequences to warm the body along with slower-paced stretches, in harmony with breath work, make calming the nervous system the focus of this class.
