Join us for a slow, intentional morning across the expansive 55-acre grounds of The Surya Chandra Center—a time to arrive in your body, connect with the land, and simply be.
We open in circle, where a simple exchange between partners plants intention for the day—part spoken, part felt, guided so everyone feels held in it.
From there, sound moves through the morning, threading each experience together as we ease into gentle movement and fascia release, opening the body before we step onto the land.
Guided walks carry us through rows of lavender and lemon balm, gathering as we go, until the land starts to feel less like a place we're visiting and more like somewhere we belong.
We close the day with a grounding tea ceremony, steeping everything we found into a single cup.
Simple, sensory, joyful.
This is always a day for presence. Come as you are.
Light snacks and tea will be available throughout the morning and/or after the event.
