Journey Through the Chakras: A Soundbath Experience

Whether you're new to chakras or have worked deeply with these energy centers before, join Kristen Stokes and Beth Beanblossom for a journey through the chakra system at this heart-centered event.
We’ll open with herbal tea, then guide you through each chakra with gentle meditation and insight into the energy each center holds within body, mind, and spirit.
Together, we’ll explore grounding, creativity, confidence, love, expression, intuition, and connection.
After the guided meditation, we’ll flow into a 30-minute sound bath experience, using soothing vibrations and sound to support relaxation, energetic alignment, and deep inner connection. We’ll close with time to journal.
Kristen and Beth will also offer brief intuitive readings to those who feel called. Explore the chakras, reconnect with yourself, and nourish your energy in a supportive and intentional space.
