This class will be for all levels and ages (we ask that anyone under the age of 16 is accompanied by an adult). This class will focus on breathing techniques, stretching, sun salutations, mindfulness, meditation and learning to love yourself and your body. We will indulge in soft music and learn to be present while reducing stress. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and sweat towel. Any yoga aids are welcome (straps, blocks, knee pads, etc.). Yoga mats are available to borrow!
We will be featuring local yoga professionals as special guest instructors periodically- Stay Tuned!
