Stress Resilience Course (5 sessions)
About this Event
This is a five-session course, meeting weekly on Thursdays.
Based on the timeless teachings of Swami Sivananda, we offer practical yogic tools to restore balance, calm the mind, and support overall wellbeing. Through gentle yoga, breathing exercises, relaxation, meditation, and positive thinking practices, participants will learn how stress affects the body and mind and how to respond with greater awareness and resilience. The course provides a nurturing and supportive environment to cultivate inner peace, improve emotional balance, and develop healthy habits for a more harmonious and joyful life.

• Physiology of stress
• Conscious relaxation
• Diet and stress
• Self-awareness and existential anxiety
This course offers many practical tools for empowering yourself and improving your everyday life. Lots of room for discussion.
The instructor, Bhaskara, is a Sivananda-trained Hatha Yoga teacher, who has done extra study on stress relief with Acharya Swami Sitaramananda. He is currently enrolled in the 800-hour SIvananda Yoga Health Educator Training (SYHET) to go deeper.
