Los Angeles Fun Events and Feathr are independent organizations. This event is not presented as an official Circle Bar event unless expressly stated otherwise.

All attendees are expected to treat other guests, venue employees and event staff with respect.

Harassment, unwanted physical contact, aggressive behavior, discrimination, intimidation or repeated advances after someone has expressed disinterest will not be tolerated. Event organizers and venue staff reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. Removed attendees will not be eligible for a refund.

Participation in the event does not imply romantic or physical consent. Consent must be clear, voluntary and ongoing.

By participating in this event, attendees agree to release and hold harmless Los Angeles Fun Events, Feathr, Circle Bar, and their respective owners, employees, representatives, contractors and partners from liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or related to accidents, incidents, injuries, illness, theft or property damage that may occur during the event.

Attendance and participation are at each individual’s own risk.

By attending this event, attendees grant Los Angeles Fun Events the right to photograph, record and use their image or likeness in future promotional, social media and advertising materials without further notification or compensation.

Guests who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional content should notify an event host upon arrival.

Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled or postponed. Processing fees, service fees and similar charges are non-refundable.

Please email [email protected] if you are unable to attend. We may transfer your ticket to another Los Angeles Fun Events event of equivalent price or value, or you may transfer your ticket to a friend who meets the event’s age and admission requirements.
