April is "Stress Awareness Month" which aims to raise awareness about the impact of stress on mental and physical health. This month at Thayer Public Library, two free wellness events will be offered to support both mind and body. Attend one or both.This first session focuses on a stress reset for the mind. In this Wellness program, I'll introduce Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), commonly known as tapping. EFT is a simple, accessible method that combines gentle acupressure points with mindful attention to thoughts and emotions.
Through guided tapping, breathwork, and supportive discussion, learn how stress affects the body and practice simple techniques to calm overwhelm, ease tension, and feel more balanced in daily life.
Limited to 20 adults. Registration will start March 15, one month before this program.
