Stress & Energy Reset Workshop: Empowerment Through Wellbeing

Feeling stressed? Needing space to reset? Want tools to support your wellbeing?

This workshop is part of our Empowerment Through Wellbeing programme brought to you by Empowered to Thrive CIC in collaboration with Your Wellbeing Company; created to help you pause, connect, and strengthen your resilience in a safe and supportive space.

Each week has a different focus, combining mind–body practices with creative expression to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more empowered.

You are free to attend whichever sessions that you want to however we encourage regular attendance where possible.

Week 3 – Stress & Energy Reset
Explore how stress impacts your body and drains your energy. You’ll gain practical calming techniques to help restore balance, reduce overwhelm, and feel more centred day to day.

Spaces are limited, booking is essential please to ensure we have enough materials.

All sessions will include everything that you may need and there will be two high experienced coaches on hand to guide and support you through the workshop.
The first half of each session will focus on grounding practices, reflection & wellbeing tools. The second half will bring this together in a creative activity helping you embody what you’ve learned whilst making new connections.
