About this Event
Strength training is an accessible way to support men’s health and long-term wellbeing. Two of Australia’s leading men’s health concerns are mental health and cardiovascular conditions – both areas where regular activity is widely recognised as playing a meaningful role. Strength training can support the heart, body and mind, and contribute to overall quality of life. No matter where you’re starting from, in this one-hour session you’ll leave with an understanding of strength training, how it can support men’s overall health and wellbeing, and how small, consistent choices can add up over time. The session is hosted by Michael from DoDay Personal Training – Hobart’s most highly reviewed personal trainer.
