About this Event

Build strength, improve mobility, and train with confidence in a small-group class with real coaching.

This Toronto class is for adults who want personalized strength training using barbells, dumbbells, and other free weights in a supportive environment.

What makes it different is the coaching: every exercise is adjusted to your level, with modifications for pain history, mobility restrictions, and injury limitations. Instead of a generic workout, the focus is on technique, movement quality, and building strength safely over time.

A good fit for:

  • beginners who want to learn proper form
  • people returning to training after time away
  • intermediate lifters who want better technique and more guidance
  • desk workers dealing with stiffness, posture issues, or tight hips

Led by a coach with 10+ years of lifting experience who has coached hundreds of clients in major Canadian gyms.
