This is a 3 day horsemanship camp with horsemanship tuition in a group - covering ridden & groundwork exercises to suit participants. Sessions are in an all weather 20x40m arena. Maximum of 8 participants, split into groups of 4, with half day tuition with your horse/ half day spectating (or hack out in the spectacular countryside or explore the surrounding area).
This camp is suitable for horse/rider combinations who are happy to walk & trot in an arena in a group. It’s not suitable for challenging horses, non-ridden horses or those that are very green (less than 50 rides). If you are unsure of the suitability of this camp please contact Sally.
The cost of the 3 day camp is £330, which includes tuition, facility use & grass paddock. 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your place on the camp. Remaining balance required 6 weeks before start date.
Tea/coffee provided but please bring your own meals.
Camping is available at £10 per night with use of toilet/ microwave/fridge/kettle however Street Farm has beautiful self catering cottage accommodation available - please take a look at www.staystreetfarm .com and email [email protected] this.
You could also consider extending your stay to take advantage of the beautiful hacking over the fells from Street Farm, which is situated at the northern end of the famous Pennine Way bridleway route.
Additional stabling is available at £20 for the first night and £10 for any additional nights - this will include 2 bags of pellet bedding. Limited number of stables available- first come first served.
Bring clothes for all weathers - it can get wet and windy at Street Farm.
