Street Cat Zine Fest is an annual DIY celebration of zines, mutual aid, and the radical, resilient spirit of Appalachia. Founded in a basement in 2017 and inspired by a legendary street cat named Jesus, SCZF exists to uplift marginalized voices and build zine community in the heart of Southern Ohio.
2026 marks our 10-year anniversary, and we’re celebrating 10 years of zines and community—🎟 🎪🎡 Our 10 year anniversary theme is inspired by Big Top Pee-Wee and summer nights at your local fair. Oh yeah and free popcorn!! 🍿
